Happy New Years

This year me and Tye got to party with his nieces. First we watched Bednobs and Broomsticks and then we lit some fire works and drank some hot coco as we ate ice cream. We even wore awesome hats and blew awesome horns.

I made a few of these to give away, and I am having a hard time letting them go. I guess I need to go get the stuff to make me my own.

New addition!

We got a puppy! And I love her! Her name is Sheisa. (Pronounced Shy-sa) She is half terrier and half Shih Tzu. Tye did not want a puppy at all, but I kinda just got one any ways. The day we picked her up, he fell asleep with her on the the couch, and it sealed the deal. He now loves her too!

My first half marathon!!

Today I ran my first half marathon.. and it was great. The first ten miles were not so bad... however the last mile was like hell on earth! But I made it!! And I am so proud of myself!!! The girls I ran with were also great! I could not have asked anything better!

Its the Halloween half, so you are supposed to wear costumes. We were running fairys! Here we are a few minutes after we all finished.

I cannot wait to do it again next year!!! If you can think of any good costume ideas... let me know!!

labor day camping trip!

This is the second year in a row that we have went up to mineral basin over labor day. It is my very favorite camping spot that I have found so far in the world. When I am up there, my soul just feels at home. Somehow I am drawn there, and I have a fierce love for the area. I would love to spend all of my summer up there. This year Laine and Tade cam with us. We had a blast and even found out how to get into some of the mines, and we found a whole new trail to climb up.

I cannot wait to do it again next year!

The time has come...

It seems like just yesterday I was running around trying to get all of the last minute thigns done before I got married. But.. its been a year! Time has flown. And now.. we are being SEALED!

We are going to recieve our endowments in the Manti Temple, and then be sealed the next day in the Salt Lake Temple.

We are both so excited!! And so greatful to be able to take this next step in our lives! Its going to be amazing!
